Beaver Barracks

This is the name of the new Affordable rental housing community in the heart of downtown Ottawa. This community comprised of 5 buildings will provide it's residents with a community gardening and will be green and sustainable. The buildings will get their heating and cooling from underground geothermal system which tenants will pay a flat monthly fee for. There will be 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as some townhouses which are to be built starting in 2011.
